We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team at Bryn Gloch Caravan and Camping Park.

Situated at the foot of Mount Snowdon on the banks of the river Gwyrfai our award-winning site has breath-taking views of the countryside and mountains that surround it, giving you the perfect base to live and work.


Bryn Gloch is a large site that can accommodate touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, folding campers, tents, trailer tents and RVs.

Being a predominantly family site School Holidays and Bank Holidays are always super busy, and we expect our Catering Assistant to work provide an excellent food and beverage service to our guests during this busy time.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in our onsite catering unit
  • Complete set up and ensure stock is ordered
  • Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of catering equipment and work areas

Day to day:


You will work in a fast paced environment to supply food and beverage services to our customers from the catering unit that is located on the site.

A driving license and car would be needed due to start times and location.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
