We are currently recruiting the following positions at our Huntingdon facility: The role is initially as a production operator but with development opportunities for the right individuals who we are prepared to start on a day release college course to develop as a Process or Production engineer.


The company operates a skills based pay system so there is the opportunity to move up the pay scale quickly for employees who demonstrate the right qualities.


Production Operators

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Correctly assembling/bonding and finishing components as specified in the product route plans and drawing specifications
  • Ensuring that materials used are correct and according to the specifications and drawing
  • Ensuring the correct production process is used according to the instructions given, whilst adhering to safety guidelines at all times
  • Producing high quality parts to production deadlines

The person:

We are looking for employees who have:

  • Worked in a similar environment before or have experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • Can demonstrate competence with hand tools and a good work ethic
  • High integrity and enthusiasm for the job
  • Able to read and understand written instructions and drawings
  • Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others
  • Have good problem solving skills and be prepared to help develop and improve products and processes
  • Not be afraid to ask questions and make suggestions
