As the Group Workplace Manager, your role covers hard and soft facilities maintenance nationwide, building compliance, concierge services, post room management, and canteen oversight.

You need excellent judgment to identify and solve problems independently, while fostering a team-oriented approach to daily office operations.

Ensure cost-effective solutions and plan for the future with strong ROI strategies. Implement programs to foster an inclusive environment where all employees feel empowered to contribute.

Manage the Security Management System, catering, cleaning, waste disposal, and vendor relationships effectively. Utilize diversity and inclusion to design employee programs.

Key responsibilities include space management, project management, people leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. Think creatively to find optimal solutions and possess strong project management skills.

You must hold relevant professional qualifications, have experience in facilities management, and possess planning and project management expertise.
