We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Worthing, working with 16-18-year-olds and using trauma-informed practices.


As a Support Worker at Cranmead, you will:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have good IT literacy and numerical skills
  • Support people with dignity and respect
  • Work efficiently and accurately under pressure, even in challenging situations
