Fleet-Serv have been trading for 15 years and are one of the forefront suppliers of repair and maintenance services to the UK transport industry, this ranges from HGV, Trailers.

light commercials and lifting equipment, maintaining over 10,000 assets on various arrangements, our brand pillars are, Approachable, Reliable, Experience & Expertise.

We can offer from full contract maintenance to service only and PAYGO agreements, some of our customers include high street retailers, hire companies and independent hauliers, our customers are supported through our own network of mobile engineers and customer-based vehicle maintenance units, in addition to this we have an approved network of service agents who carryout work on our behalf.


We are currently looking to recruit a Fleet Coordinator, to join our ever-growing team at head office, based in Yaxley, Peterborough.

Working as a Fleet Co-Ordinator is all about organisation, problem solving, decision making. Providing support and guidance to the other teams and management.

Communicates concerns and policies to the relevant people within the business, providing accurate estimates for damage related work or work is outside of our contractual agreement.


  • Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries.
  • Management of Further work from our engineers/suppliers to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner.
  • Presenting estimates/photos for chargeable work to ensure minimum downtime.
  • Ordering of parts either through the engineering team or directly from the manufacturers.
  • Creating return notes for parts which need to be returned to the manufacturer/supplier.
  • Auditing estimates/work to ensure our standard times are followed with engineers/suppliers.
  • Managing the downtime of equipment when VOR for damage related repairs for all equipment.
  • Any other duties which may be required by your line Manager.


To be successful in the role you will need to be organised and confident, with strong communication skills both verbally and written.

You will require good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft office products, and you will be a good team player, with a positive attitude towards a flexible role.
