Leading For The Region
As the Project Manager, within the Building Solutions team, you will support and report into the Senior Pre-Construction Manager to help deliver the Pre-Construction services.
You will provide leadership and guidance whilst managing and leading the teams at the bid stage, and during all Pre-Construction activities.
Typical projects will be up to the value of £10-£15m, across a mixture of construction and refurbishment schemes over several frameworks.
Your day to day will look like:You will manage and coordinate all Pre-Construction activities
Managing the Pre-Construction process from tender issue through to handover to the operational team
You will work with the members of the Pre-Construction team to ensure milestones are successfully completed in the Pre-Construction process
You will attend site visits to view the project during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with the designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing processRequirements:
Degree qualified in construction or engineering
Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to £15m
A proven record of successful project delivery
The ability to maintain relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers
CSCS Card
Full UK Drivers Licence
