About the role

As part of the Review Team, you will collaborate with Social Workers and Co-ordinators to ensure that people's needs are met while enhancing their independence. Your role will involve completing short-term interventions like Moving and Handling Assessments to support adults and carers. With the flexibility to work across different locations, you'll play a vital part in the community.

About you

This role requires you to be adaptable and willing to travel across Oxfordshire to deliver your services effectively. You should have specialized skills in areas such as Moving and Handling and be a registered Occupational Therapist. If you are passionate about bringing positive change and possess strong communication skills, we want you to be part of our team.
