We're currently recruiting around the South West, looking for experience laden social workers to take on the role of Team Manager.This role will be paying an attractive rate in exchange for your experience and willingness to instruct.
Not only will you gain much sought after fostering experience, backed by a generous hourly rate of up to £48/hr, but you can also take this opportunity to distance yourself from the case heavy lifestyle that Social Workers are all too used to, and take ona leadership role.
About the role:
- Managing the QSW R&A team, receiving reports and assigning cases
- Addressing any issues within the team.
- Reporting directly to the service manager
What we offer you:

What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 4 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
- Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
- Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
