Recovery Practitioner at a Non-Profit Provider

Service Care Solutions partners with a respected non-profit organization, currently seeking a Recovery Practitioner in Worcestershire.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  • Support individuals from Point of Entry
  • Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
  • Deliver One-to-One interventions

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the Substance Misuse field
  • Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
  • Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
