Requirements

We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to join our fast growing team.

This is a crucial role in Zinc's customer journey: you're the eyes and ears to the ground of potential in terms of upselling opportunities, feature requests (to feedback in sessions with tech and product), and the health of our customer base.

You'd be team member number 5, so the opportunity to make your mark in the team and grow is there (and we'll encourage you to take it)

What Does Being an AM at Zinc Involve?

  • Execute efficient deployment and onboarding processes for our clients.
  • Maintaining regular engagement with our customers to help drive customer satisfaction and retention by building trusted relationships.
  • Developing an excellent understanding of our customers' business needs as well as a deep understanding of the product to ensure maximum use and benefit from the platform.
  • Listening to feedback from customers, ensuring continuous improvement on the product.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and preparing reports on account status.
  • Cross collaborating with other departments such as Marketing and Sales, gathering customer testimonials, case studies, sharing feedback and insights.

What Will Make You a Great Fit for Being an Account Manager at Zinc?

  • Some solid commercial experience of B2B account management experience, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate. Communication is crucial to the agile nature of the role, managing multiple relationships with C-level stakeholders and regulating client expectations.
  • Driven self-starter that's able to take the initiative and solve problems. Zinc is agile enough to be a fantastic setting for progression if you are eager to have ownership of your work and flourish.
  • You will be managing up to 60 accounts of varying sizes and needs so organisation, the ability to prioritise and adapt are crucial.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence, maintaining the highest quality relationships with our clients and our colleagues is essential to being an AM at Zinc.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets stuck in with tasks involving different teams across the business.

Hybrid, Central London

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Salary - £40,000 + OTE Package
  • £40,000 + OTE + Bonus (£60k OTE)

Interview Process

1. Screening interview with Talent Associate, Bel (30 mins)

2. Interview with Head of Account Management & Senior Account Manager. (45mins)

3. Final In-person interview with role play task. (1.5 hours)
