Position Overview:
We are seeking an Editor & Videographer to join our award-winning team. You will collaborate with content producers and other creatives to create visually engaging video content that inspires our clients, customers, and end users.

Responsibilities:

• Edit various video content including: interviews, social media content, educational materials andpodcasts, delivering high-quality videos in line with Storm's standards and target B2B and B2C audiences.
• Source and integrate high-quality footage and music.
• Incorporate engaging animations.
• Handle post-production tasks such as colour balancing, audio, pacing and subtitling.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align on project visions and objectives.
• Maintain an organised library of video assets and project files.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, video editing software, and emerging technologies to continually refine editing skills.
• 20% of our projects are from scratch filming, so camera and lighting skills are highly desirable with the need growing as our new studio gains traction. This role does not need to be purely desk-based editing.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Competent in video editing, using Adobe's Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• Experience in filming on shoot locations with a strong understanding of equipment, lighting and production set-ups
• Must be a creative thinker and have the ability to come up with ideas and concepts
• A good eye for design and composition and the ability to produce clean content through animation and motion graphics – you must have a portfolio to demonstrate this
• Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, delivering content on time and on budget for our clients
• Genuine interest and curiosity in learning and researching new editing/filming styles and techniques
