As
HR Advisor, you will provide a comprehensive and best practice HR service to the business.

You will also acquire, maintain and develop employees to ensure that the company has the required skills and competencies to achieve its objectives.


What you'll be doing

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees' on all HR policies
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on recruitment and selection and provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers during the process
  • Providing advice and guidance on all disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Collaborate with Occupational Health and ensure the absence management policy is followed including the promotion of our wellbeing strategy
  • Assist in the training and development of employees' across KINE in conjunction with the Talent Development Business Partner
  • Actively look at ways to promote and improve employee engagement.
  • Work alongside Trade Unions and seek ways to improve TU relationships across KINE
  • Support the 'Great Place to Work Strategy' through identified project work

  • CIPD level 5 requirement as a minimum with evidence of continuous professional development
  • The ability to work autonomously and be a strong team player is essential for this role
  • Evidence in building strong working relationships with key stakeholders (often remote) is also essential.
