X1 Liverpool are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis to join our Liverpool Branch in July September 2023

  • Your Role with us:_


Our busiest periods at X1 Liverpool are during the summer months where we receive a vast quantity of telephone calls.

The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day.

You will assist them with their queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

If you are someone who thrives, is not phased by a fast pace way of working and enjoys dealing with customers who may have been on hold ready to speak to you, then please get in touch

  • Do you have what we are looking for before you apply?_
  • Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced office/customer service environment.
  • Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
  • Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
  • Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
  • Good administrative skills
  • The ability to start ASAP in a permanent position
