Performance Tester Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Performance Tester to join our renowned financial services client.

As a Junior Performance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and scalability of their financial systems.

You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system behavior under load, and recommend optimizations to enhance overall system performance.


Performance Tester Key Responsibilities:

nExecute performance testing activities across various financial systems, including trading platforms, banking applications, and transaction processing systems.nDevelop and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard tools and methodologies.nMonitor system performance metrics during load tests and identify areas for improvement.nCollaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.nGenerate comprehensive performance test reports and provide recommendations for performance optimization.nStay current with industry trends and best practices in performance testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.


Performance Tester Qualifications:

nStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.nFamiliarity with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.nBasic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.nPrevious experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus but not required.
