Job Summary:

Duties:

  • Carry out general maintenance repairs
  • Assist the rest of the team on refurbiushment works
  • Complete varied day to day problem solving
  • Maintain accurate records of works completely using our job management software

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a multi trade person or similar role (we will provide a basic training service)
  • Strong knowledge of all trades and working environments in properties and sites
  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve
  • Have a good eye for detail and take pride in your works
  • Strong customer service orientation to address maintenance issues promptly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£17.49-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
