Child Health Services Clerical Officer

We are seeking to recruit a full-time (37.5 hours) Clerical Officer to work in our Child Health Services in the Community Mental Health Division at Sheffield Children's NHS FT.

You will be based at Centenary House in Hillsborough.


The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, patient focussed and providing on-going support to line management.


You will work with other team members and as part of the wider administrative team, supporting the administrative function and provision of Child Health Information Services.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate initiative and work to high standards of accuracy and reliability.

With experience of working in an office environment, you will be able to deal with interruptions whilst multi-tasking to support your immediate Line manager and Service manager.


You should be computer literate, have excellent organisational skills and have experience of working in a fast paced office environment.


The post holder should exercise initiative with the role and it is vital that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
