JobDescription:

1. The role of BusinessSystem Analysis in Oracle Cloud ERP is to understand and documentcurrent business procedures and identify areas for improvement.This person will provide handson business process requirementsanalysis in support of Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications.

2. In collaboration with internal departmentsand external resources plans designs and implements financialsystems solutions. A thorough understanding of the current state ofthe organization is necessary prior to recommending changes relatedto implementing a new business solution.

3.Under general supervision formulate and define system scope andobjectives through research

4. The businesssystems analyst is responsible for the knowledge transfer ofbusiness requirements to the application developers.

5. The business analyst shall be able to make cogentarguments recommending a course of action

6.The Business analyst needs to scour through enormous amounts ofinformation in the business area they support to find the salientpoints.

7. New business patterns happen all thetime and detecting them can provide a significant advantage. Thebusiness analyst shall be able to identify and address the changein the business process

8. The business analystshall understand the variety of standard ideas and methods forrequirements gathering and translate what the business wants intoIT requirements and functional design specification

9. The business analyst shall be able to create trustbetween Business and IT teams.
