The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving various aspects of social housing law, providing expert legal advice and representation to registered social landlords, housing associations, and tenants.

This role requires a deep understanding of housing law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to social justice.

The successful candidate will need to assist members of the Social Housing Team in managing a caseload that includes defending disrepair claims brought against our clients, handling county court possession claims, and preparing injunction applications, particularly in cases involving tenant anti-social behaviour.

Any experience working with Housing Associations or Local Authority's welcome but not essential;
