Accommodation is available upon request for candidates taking part in the selection process.Working within Controls and Customer Operations to assist the Control Operations Manager by:
- Preparing Lloyd's, regulatory and internal committee reporting.
- Monitoring accuracy of data and distributed reports.
- Maintaining Customer and Control policy and procedural documents.
- Conduct Risk
- Wording and Contract Certainty
- Complaints Analysis
- Monitor accuracy and review completeness of data entry to ensure validity of:
- Performance returns
- Regulatory returns
- Root Cause Analysis
- Risk Review
- Fully document all process explaining purpose, risk mitigation and methodology
