This is an exciting time for the People Systems Team. Following the announcement of the Tesco and Barclays -year partnership we are standing up work to transition all of people systems. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the end-to-end migration of core and supporting HR platforms, working with parties across three legal entities and a variety of functions.This is a complex tapestry of moving parts and this work underpins our goal of maintaining a great colleague experience and ensuring downstream systems and processes remain operational. With significant change comes significant opportunity, and this role plays a significant role in the transition activity.
What you'll be doing
Working across the people technology workstream you will be responsible for supporting key systems and technologies are successfully migrated to ensure two legal entities are operational at the point of transfer. You will own the delivery for specific systems, ensuring milestones are met, dependencies are managed, and risks are identified and mitigated. You will be expected engage and collaborate with stakeholders across Tesco, Tesco Bank, Barclays and 3rd parties. Our BAU operations play a critical role in supporting the colleague journey, you will be responsible for understanding, managing and migrating elements of the BAU operations.We need you to have
Strong systems and business analyst experience, with a detailed understanding of the systems development lifecycle and a proven track record of systems delivery. The ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly, remain organised and prioritise work with ruthless consistency. A keen eye for detail with a problem solving and solution focused mindset to enable informed decisions to be made quickly.And if you have any of these, even better
HR & HR systems experience. Data management (Collection, Analysis and Control) and migration experience. Systems operations experience.
