Role Overview:
As a Principal Recruiter, you'll lead internal meetings, build strong candidate relationships, and drive recruitment excellence. CoRE is at the heart of Talent Solutions, offering exciting career development options. Demonstrate capabilities across the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Network within the Defence industry, fostering relationships with customers and the external marketplace.
Ensure data integrity and quality by managing all recruitment activity via our internal CRM system.
Consistently deliver quality CVs within service level agreements (SLAs), aiming for an efficiency ratio of 3:2:1.
Act as the Delivery Point of Contact (POC) for client/account teams, following up on CVs and interview feedback.

Stay informed about market trends, key movers, and projects to engage in high-level conversations with candidates and enhance market knowledge.

Share market information within your network via social media to drive inbound candidate engagement and networking opportunities.
Experience in client relationship building and stakeholder management.
Awareness of personal brand impact across the business.
Background in RPO or internal talent acquisition teams.
Understanding of Defence clearance requirements, talent pools, and candidate attraction and engagement models.
Commercial awareness and the ability to positively impact profitability.
