VTA is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading distributors of all electrical related products, based in Preston.

They work closely with businesses, tradespeople, installers, and consumers, and are always striving to deliver only the bestwhen it comes to product quality, value, and customer service.


Your responsibilities as a Picker/Packer include:

  • Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
  • Moving items from the belt to the correct order boxes.
  • Pack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from provided specifications.
  • Inspecting goods for damage or faults before they are packed.
  • Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.
  • Ensuring that storage areas are kept fully stocked at all times
  • May assist in placing incoming items in inventory.

Job Details:

  • Full time, permanent contract
  • Pay Rate = £9.53ph (10.68ph including Holiday Pay)
  • Shift Pattern = 11:00am
  • 19:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • PPE necessary (Safety boots, Hi-Vis & Gloves)
