Job Description: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students within the school environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of high-quality education, ensuring that students receive the individualised support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities, under the guidance of the class teacher.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Help to manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to assess student progress and adapt support as needed.
Support students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring their specific requirements are met.
Qualifications and Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for education and working with children.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Enhanced DBS or willing to apply, along with EWC registration
