Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and warehousing? Do you have experience with SAP and MS Office? Are you able to communicate effectively at all levels?


If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our exclusive team based in our Folkestone Kingsmead Warehouse.


As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely administration and management of inbound/outbound deliveries, vehicle fleet, and all related documentation.

You will also provide support to the Warehouse Operations Manager in relation to Warehouse Stock Control activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the timed bookingin procedure with suppliers
  • Process goods movements advised by 3rd party storage providers
  • Administer and control stock transactions for Returns/Rejects to vendor
  • Assist in the investigation and administration resulting from Cycle Count checks
  • Maintain accurate records of all data/documentation related to the vehicle fleet maintenance and contracts
This role works 39 hours per week Monday-Friday.
