We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Physics / Biology Lecturer to join the East Durham College Team on an hourly paid basis.


Main Duties of the Role:


To develop, plan and deliver BTEC Applied Psychology, BTEC Applied Biology and ACCESS to HE Psychology to East Durham College sixth form students and adult students.

To work flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of allocated teaching programmes, including the associated organisational, coordination and administrative responsibility
.



Essential Requirement:

  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
  • A level 6 or above teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS) or willing to work towards
  • Minimum of Level 6 qualification in Psychology or related discipline
