Job Description

Your Role:

  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, or a passion for all things beauty
  • Aware of key Beauty and Fashion trends, and up to day with key products across Beauty and Fashion brands
  • Develop, coach and motive your team of Managers to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriate
  • Support the line manager and brand partners to plan and implement in store events and activations.
  • Drive repeate custom and brand loyalty, and ensure that appointment diaries are fully booked
  • Build strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners and external stakeholders
  • Proactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flair
  • Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
  • Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Understand business and customer expectation and ensure this is executed to exceptional standards
  • Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs
  • Maintain health & hygiene standards across the beauty hall
  • Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company TV's
  • Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties
  • Comply with all policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience leading a large team in a fast paced, multi department environment is essential
  • Responsible and trust worthy
  • Passion for retail, people and developing a career
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver
  • Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties
  • Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day
  • Comply with all policies and procedures at all times
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level
  • Proven track record of internal progression and development
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the company needs
