To ensure effective logístical Porter, Security and Reception service to Service Users, staff and visitors within ACMH.


Act as hospital receptionist and assist visitors and staff with general enquiries in a calm, cheerful and polite manner, responsible for undertaking assigned porter duties.

Ensure the service meets the needs of the users whilst delivering Trust objectives and service quality standards.
