Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a Public Sector landlord based in Coventry who are looking to expand their directly employed team of trade people.

They company manage their own housing stock based in Coventry and are responsible for maintaining their own homes.

They have different departments which include; Planned Maintenance, Reactive day to day responsive works as well as carrying out refurbishment works in void homes.

They maintain blocks of flats as well as generic homes across the Coventry area and would like to appoint 4 people to support their estates team with maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

In additiona, they are also looking to appoint a Supervisor to lead and be 'hands on' in the role also.


The overall objective of this role is to ensure that all communal parts of the properties that they house tenants in are maintained to a high level of cleanliness, to ensure that the security and safety of residents, their guests and the company's staff is kept safe.


The role will involve clearing out some void homes, clearing and maintaining the communal areas of people's living spaces including internal and external spaces.

Load the provided company van that you are responsible for driving and keeping clean, dropping off materials to the relevant places for disposal, picking up materials if required, ripping out old materials including carpets, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and more in empty homes as well as working in occupied areas.

A DBS will be required for this role for all successful applicants.
