The Role:
This isn t your average HR role. You ll be the go–to person for all things people–related.
- Partnering with senior leaders and attending management meetings to craft and roll out HR strategies that push the business forward.
- Being the HR guru for employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategy.

What You Need to have:
- A solid background as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG, but any senior HR role dealing with a large head count is great too.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and all that regulatory stuff.
- Stellar communication and people skills. You ll need to influence and build relationships at every level.
