This position is Home based in the UK, on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Senior Manager.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading on the endtoend delivery of continuous improvement and quality management solutions across a portfolio of clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partnership teams; interpreting their strategies and priorities and translating these into programmes of deliverable activities
  • Sponsoring and creating initiatives that deliver committed improvements to all clients through process and policy change programmes, and generate value for Capita and the client
  • Managing the delivery of SIled initiatives to optimise inyear value and contribute towards BP targets and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Group operations excellence to conduct process mining and reengineering to support reducing cost of poor quality (COPQ); interfacing with Group RPA to identify automation opportunities and supporting implementation.
  • Leading a team and setting clear direction and objectives that make the most of individual skills, experience, and contributions.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies using the DDIS project stage gate approach.

Minimum Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma:

  • Operational/contact centre knowledge and a demonstrable level of understanding within telecoms, retail, utility, financial or government services.
  • Experience delivering performance improvement across the operating model, including People, Process and Technology; the ability to structure and adapt business analysis, modelling and business solutions to meet the requirements of different clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team, including practical experience of setting priorities and multitasking different strategic projects.
