The responsibilities of this position include:


  • Providing exceptional customer service at the trade counter
  • Following up on all quotations and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Organizing sales and deliveries efficiently
  • Developing new sales leads
  • Converting inquiries into successful sales
  • Handling paperwork effectively
  • Controlling costs and increasing profitability
  • Merchandising products in the trade counter area
  • Maintaining stock levels and following ordering procedures

The ideal candidate should have:


  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Access to own transport
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and professionalism
