Westbourne Academy is looking for a Pastoral Lead. Someone who strives to share their passion for education with our students to join our dedicated pastoral team to uphold the Academy's vision and values.

About you:-

We are looking for an individual who has drive, energy, a passion for pastoral care and learning, and who relishes the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised, flexible and able to support students across the academy. The students range from Year 7 to Year 11 and have a variety of support requirements. Previous experience of a role in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
