Description

C.D.S are one of the UK's most respected suppliers of fire detection, life safety and security systems. They cover business parks through to leisure centres, nurseries to secondary schools and from country estates to housing estates. and offer a local touch on a national level.

Typical daily duties include the following:

  • Arranging site visits for technicians and or sub contractors.
  • Maintaining current customer records using the management software.
  • Coordinating the ordering parts for jobs as required.
  • Maintaining flow of information between project technicians and clients.
  • General Administrative Duties.
  • Create basic remedial quotes
  • Monitor engineer return to site visits and allocate labour
  • Handle invoice queries. Escalate as required.

The employer will provide continuous trianing alongside the job.

Skills for Security offer the following:

Delivery of the Level 2 apprenticeship, alongside an end of year assessment and helping you take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.

Things to consider

A level 2 maths and English (Or GCSE grade is required for this role.

The apprenticeship is 12-15 months and therefore, full commitment is required.
