We are seeking an Account Management Lead with proven experience leading account management teams with a focus on both growing and maintaining revenue across an existing portfolio of clients.


ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:


As an Account Management Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers to achieve their individual set quotas and the wider company revenue targets across an ever-growing portfolio of 60 active clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and implement quota targets for Account Managers
  • Collaborate with leadership to align team growth with business objectives
  • Review margins upsell trends and negotiate renewals
  • Share customer insights and innovative ideas with leadership
  • Supervise client reviews, QBRs/EBRs, and Client Hypercare
  • Build client relationships through entertainment and innovation events
  • Act as an escalation layer for difficult clients and gather feedback
  • Supervise proposal processes, participate in pitch meetings and negotiate deals

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated success in fastpaced environments, meeting revenue quotas, and growing commercial teams
  • Proven ability to manage team performance, develop talent, and implement new processes
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with Clevel stakeholders
  • Track record of positively impacting business trajectories
