Our UK based team continues to grow and a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leader to join our NKT Service & Installation Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
It will be your responsibility to manage key projects and initiatives relating to the market, as well as run business development of new service market segments.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Contribute to the overall NKT business development as a member of the NKT Service ELT and global NKT ELT
- Create structures, processes and organise the local UK team to ensure execution of services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Control budgets, costs, investment and revenue management for local business, in collaboration with Finance.
Short notice travel will be required to our operational site in Runcorn and occasional international travel, mainly throughout Europe, will be required.
Are you a driver of Business Results, with exemplary organisational skills?
To effectively take on this position, you need to be a person who has the ability to build positive working relations, with advanced problem-solving & communication skills, possess exceptional time and project management skills, and be able to prioritise.
Your Experience Profile should also include:
Bachelor's degree preferably within Engineering or Business Management, any additional relevant education or higher degree level, e.g. Masters or MBA would be advantageous but not essential.
Your proven ability to successfully act as a Leader, delivering results through your team with performance management, together with an advanced understanding of QHSE will also be desirable.
