Tasked with overseeing a team of nine, this role will be hands-on, shaping the implementation of design thinking, managing the development and deployment of the design system, and catering to the diverse requirements of Camden's residents.Ensure all responsibilities adhere to health and safety regulations, GDPR, Equal Opportunities, and Customer Care policies upheld by the Council.About YouYou are a dedicated experience lead with extensive experience and astute judgement on comprehensive, inclusive design processes and standards. Your background includes proficiently managing designers, collaborating with developers on design systems, and comprehensively understanding user needs to drive the continuous enhancement of standards and templates.Demonstrate proven proficiency in utilizing software tools like Azure, Figma, and Photoshop, showcasing the ability to develop A/AA compliant products.
