Job Position: Nursery Manager at Busy Bees

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager with a strong passion for early childhood education and a proven record of driving success? An exciting opportunity is available at our Woking nursery on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Qualifications and Experience

  • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, organization, and communication.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality childcare and early education.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Inspire and guide the team towards excellence.
  • Quality Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements in educational programs and operational processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulations and uphold a safe environment for children.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budget and resources efficiently.
  • Community Relations: Build positive connections with parents, staff, and the local community.
  • Staff Development: Promote continuous growth to deliver outstanding care and education.
