This award-winning London-based studio boasts a diverse portfolio that spans private and speculative residential, luxury retail, and commercial projects, serving a global clientele.nThey are currently seeking both an experienced Part II architectural assistant and an architect to join their dynamic team in Shoreditch.

The ideal candidates will have experience in both new builds and refurbishments, particularly bespoke one-off houses, and will be capable of guiding projects from initial concept design through to delivery.

These roles require proactive individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively to drive projects forward.nSuccessful candidates will have a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

They will excel in design and critical thinking throughout all project stages and be comfortable presenting to clients and team members.nKey ResponsibilitiesnEngage in all project stages from concept design to delivery.nCollaborate effectively within a team and independently.nApply extensive knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policy, and detailed design.nUtilize construction and on-site experience to ensure project success.nQualifications and SkillsnProven experience in communicating with contractors and the broader design team.nExpertise in creating detailed design drawings with robust detailing.nIn-depth knowledge of UK building legislation, relevant design guides, and standards.nProficiency in CAD drawing, specifically using Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite.nStrong three-dimensional presentation skills, including computer renderings, hand drawings, and model-making.nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.nExperience in high-quality residential projects; commercial/retail project experience is a plus.
