Tozers LLP is a leading firm of solicitors with offices in Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot offering an extensive legal service to businesses and individuals both locally and nationally. We are recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK legal directories in a number of fields.
What you'll be doingYou will be assisting our facilities manager to look after the firm's facilities and health, safety and security, across our three offices. Your team will make sure that our offices are ready for the day from restocking stationery, collecting and delivering post and making sure alarms are switched off.
You will also contribute to the health and safety of your colleagues under the direction of the facilities manager.
What we're looking forYou will have a can-do attitude and enjoy helping people to work efficiently. There will be a requirement for you to travel to our three offices to undertake work under the guidance of the facilities manager.
What you'll haveYou may have had some previous office experience, possibly gained in a professional services environment but training will be provided.
