About The Role
Job Title: Cleaner at Cribbs CausewayPurpose of the Role: Ensure that housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained at the Cribbs Causeway venues under the direction of the Managers and Supervisory team. Work as part of the team, or individually, to achieve specific targets as stipulated by quality standards and the client. You will work Monday - Sunday, 06:00 to 10:00, as a casual worker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To clean allocated areas under the supervision of Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers.
- Use cleaning materials as instructed.
- Clean various surfaces and equipment specified for the day.
- Utilize appropriate electrical equipment for specified tasks.
- Empty and clean bins, dispose of waste.
- Spot-clean spillages and report them.
- Dust and wash surfaces daily.
- Clean and replenish toilet supplies.
- Wash off marks from surfaces and mirrors.
- Periodic cleaning of internal spaces and windows.
- Report defects/hazards immediately.
- Comply with cleaning policies and safety procedures.
- Ensure a safe work environment and use necessary protective equipment.
- Follow security rules and procedures.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Comply with local procedures and undertake any required duties.
Requirements:
- Report all issues to supervisors.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Good level of English (Written or Spoken).
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Participate in necessary training programmes.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
