Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • To set up and maintain accurate Customer records for new and existing Customers.
  • To set up and maintain accurate Customer records for new and existing Customers.
  • To liaise with Field Sales in providing sales leads.
  • To accurately enter Customer order requirements on to the Sales Order Processing system.
  • To project a good company image to the Customer at all times.
  • To assist with customer visits on site and any reciprocal arrangements.
  • To undertake any adhoc tasks as may be requested by Management.

Personal requirements:

  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Numerate
  • Good computer skills (essential)
  • Ability to use the following: computer, facsimile, telephone, calculator, photocopier and general office equipment
  • Capable of working on own
  • Able to 'ask for the order'
  • Able to prioritise work load
  • Ability to work in busy sales office
