Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Interviewing applicants and CV writing when required
- Advertising roles on job boards, social media
- Attending client visits with your team members
To be considered the following will be required:
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive mindset
- Can do attitude
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Confidence to get stuck inYou will receive a full and ongoing training & development programme, covering all aspects of the role and responsibilities to allow you to develop yourself within the role initially and then a structured plan to benefit your personal and career development within the Pertemps Group of Companies. This involves training at our head office, virtually and 1-2-1 coaching.
