  • The successful applicant will need to have good computer literacy skills with regards Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.


All warranty claims are processed for the Group centrally in Billingham, for all manufacturer brands including Iveco, MAN, Fiat Professional & Maxus.


Some of the main duties for the role will include (but not limited to):

  • Constructing warranty claims in compliance with the manufacturers' warranty manuals from job cards submitted by the dealerships.
  • Submitting queries or requests for additional information back to the dealerships where required and ensuring responses received in timely manner.
  • Updating and finalising claims prior to submission and confirming job efficiency with dealership managers.
  • Ensuring claims are submitted to the manufacturer in line with manufacturer KPIs (submission days).
