Excel Data Administrator

Our client are looking for a Excel Data Administrator to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

This is a temporary position to start with but could possible lead to a more permanent role further down the line.


Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of all L&D programs, including scheduling, registration, and tracking attendance.
  • Work closely with L&D team members to support all aspects of program delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics for L&D activities, including booking facilities and arranging catering.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activity and employee development.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Excel to track training metrics and analyse data.
  • Update L&D content on learning management system.
  • Assist with researching and sourcing external training providers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an L&D administration role.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience managing data and creating reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating events and logistics.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment preferred.


You will be required to undertake an Excel test which we can send to you if you are short listed for this role.
