We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to elevate our Michelin Green Star fine dining experience at a luxury country house hotel.

Located in a tranquil valley adjacent to a spectacular national park, this position offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to excel in an environment celebrated for its culinary excellence and historic charm.


Senior Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
Proven experience a Multiple AA Rosette level, demonstrating a high caliber of culinary expertise
A passion for the culinary arts
Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to crafting exceptional dishes
Natural leadership qualities with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and nurturing junior team members
Ambitious, dedicated, and a consummate team player eager to contribute to our success

Senior Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Act as a key leader within the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
Oversee the kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of cooking and service are maintained
Innovate and develop menus, manage costings, and create weekly specials to continually enhance our culinary offerings
Maintain strict compliance with health and safety guidelines
Train and develop junior kitchen staff, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to their exacting standards
