Many women experience mental health difficulties during pregnancy and following childbirth and for women experiencing multiple and complex needs, it can be difficult to access mainstream support services.

This service aims to address this gap through intensive wrap around, holistic support through key working and through the development of a sustainable peer support programme.

This position will provide outreach services across Wiltshire.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women's Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1)._

The Nelson Trust is committed to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Children & Adults DBS check
