Intacept Security are an SIA Approved Contractor seeking Security Officers (SIA Licenced) to join an established team assisting with security cover on our customer sites located within the Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon area.

A flexible approach is required as may be required at short notice.

Hours:
Shift patterns of mainly 12 hour shifts covering Days, Nights and Weekends

Rate of pay:
£9.50 per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide a professional security presence

  • Act as a deterrent to protect customers, property and staff
  • Access / egress control
  • Conduct external patrols to ensure perimeter of premises are secure
  • Follow emergency procedures and liaise with emergency services as required
  • Completion of reports and paperwork in accordance with Assignment Instructions
  • Answer telephone
  • May be some computer work
  • Abide with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements for the role:

  • A valid SIA Licence, A full valid driving licence, Excellent written and communication skills, Be computer literate, Organised with the ability to work on own initiative, Work as part of a team of Security Officers, Follow Assignment Instructions and carry out duties as required by the Customer, Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and at short notice

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary:
£9.50 per hour
