To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role or as a Senior Carer/Team Leader, ready to take the next step in your career.


Main Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting staff to ensure they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
- supporting the manager to run the workplace according to standards and legislation.

  • Developing care plans that outline what care and support individuals need.
  • Leading team meetings and doing inductions, supervisions and appraisals.
  • Ensuring compliance of service users files including auditing and documentation.
  • Liaising with new employee, before start date, and giving comprehensive induction.
  • Building meaningful relationships with service users and families.
  • Ensuring relevant compliance procedures are adhered to.
  • Observation of the CM2000 system managing your geographical area.
  • Following of accident/incident reporting procedures in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out service user reviews on an annual basis.
  • Responsible for carrying out service user quality assurance visits.
  • Participate in on call rota as required therefore flexibility is required.
  • Liaise with external partner agencies and statutory bodies as required.

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
