**Senior Associate/Junior Partner - Private Client Department**

Your Path to Leadership

In this pivotal role, you'll be groomed to succeed the current Director within the next 2-4 years, with a clear trajectory to becoming a Director/Equity Partner. We seek a professional with 5+ years of PQE, proficient in will drafting, trusts, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters. If you have a niche specialty within private client law, we highly value your expertise.

The office is conveniently situated in West Sussex, easily accessible by road and rail. While remote work isn't offered, we provide flexibility for client visits, so access to a car is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and administering wills

Managing trusts and declarations of trust

Handling estate administration and probate applications

Preparing LPAs for property, finance, health, and welfare

Navigating Court of Protection matters, including deputyship and statutory wills

Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of post-qualification experience in private client law

Expertise in will drafting, trusts, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment

Background in a reputable firm with excellent training
