My client based in the Worcester area is looking to recruit a Night-shift Warehouse Supervisor on a Permanent basis, working Mon-Thurs with a short night on Friday from 6pm until 12 pm

The main responsibilities for this role include

  • Support the Nightshift Manager of the warehouse operation
  • Management of all warehouse staff
  • Management of the buildings and facilities
  • Ensure all customer orders are managed throughout the dispatch process
  • Mange the team effectively to ensure errors are kept to a minimum
  • Ensure quality and output is maintained at all times
  • Ensure H & S is adhered to at all times
  • Manage Stock control effectively
- experience in a similar role
- an ability to manage a team effectively
- experience in facilities management

  • Strong attention to detail
- excellent communications skills with an ability to get on people at all levels

The salary on offer is circa £28,000
